The Reliable Group are committed to enforcing an effective health and safety policy.  This commitment comes not simply from the necessity to fulfil legal and regulatory requirements but from the desire to ensure that the highest reasonable standards in Health, Safety and Welfare for all of our employees is achieved.

The Reliable Group are committed to the training and development of all of our staff.

Training gives everyone the knowledge and skills needed to work safely and without risk to health.

All members of staff are trained and up-skilled in the operations in which they are involved.  All site training involves an element of HSE awareness and ensures that the demands of the job do not exceed their ability to carry out their work without risk to themselves and others.

A breakdown of the training carried out is listed below.

Management Training:

Quality Assurance training for Investors in People and ISO 9001:2000
NEBOSH Construction L3 (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
NVQ L3 (Supervisory)
NVQ L4 (Management)

All NVQ training is carried out through on site assessors.
