EID

Our policy is to recruit staff from the areas in which we operate

As well as having our long term personnel, part of our EID policy is to recruit staff from the areas in which we operate. These include recruitment open days, and agreements with local groups on targeting local Labour. Within these groups we ensure that people from under represented and protected groups are targeted.

Below are testimonials from some of the groups we work with.

Reliable continues to work in partnership with Jobcentre Plus helping disadvantaged unemployed people back into work, by increasing sustainable opportunities for jobless people with special attention to securing equal outcomes for ethnic minorities.

Reliable has increased the productivity, skill, development and career progression of people moving from benefit into the workforce. They promote diversity so there are genuine opportunities for all, such as disabled people and those facing the greatest disadvantages in the labour market.
Reliable are committed to helping older workers, who are often displaced, also young people leaving college who often face major problems getting established in the labour market. Over the last few decades there has been a substantial rise in the number of women in the labour market, Reliable, has and is keen to continue promoting women into construction.
